Claire McConnell

Claire grew up in the Carolinas and found her passion for theatre at a young age by attending camps at Matthew’s Playhouse in NC and seeing the touring productions at the Blumenthal. Claire graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BFA in Musical Theatre at Columbia College Chicago in 2022.

You can hear Claire in d’Illusion: The Houdini Musical written by Bálint Varga, on all streaming platforms. In addition to theatre, Claire is a self-taught photographer who focuses on headshots, live performances, and pet photography. When she’s not playing dress-up and make-believe, Claire enjoys watching historical docuseries, pet sitting, watching the same movie or tv series for the millionth time, baking deserts that she probably won’t eat, and petting every dog she passes on the street. Her new hobby is crocheting adorable jellyfish.
